How do I post my log file so others can see. I have tried the solutions posted, but none work for me.
For Premiere Elements, you will want to post here: http://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere_elements?view=discussions
For Photoshop Elements, you will want to post here: http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop_elements
I would also state in complete detail, what it is, exactly, that you wish to do.
Good luck,
Hunt
My PSE/PRE9 was working at one time. When I clicked on the icon it failed to open the program. I tried to uninstall the program it it also failed. I spent slot of time going over what others had to say about the solution and have tried all but reinstalling win 7 and downloading all my software which I really do not want to do.
This happen in May 2012 and I was getting ready to move to another state so I let it be until I was settled in to my new home.
I again went through all the steps provided on the forums and what others have tried and still cannot get it to install.
It get to the end of the installation and it sits there for a while and then says that the wizard was interrupted, please try again another time.
I did get one log file that I would like to post.

You said that it "failed" to uninstall. Is the program still listed in Control Panel...Programs and Features? If so, does it still fail to uninstall?
Follow these steps to manually uninstall PSE:
http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/manually-remove-photoshop -elements-9.html
Then run the MS Fixit tool:
http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/Portal
Then, clean out your TEMP directory, reboot and install the program.

I went thru this process again and it still fails to install both PRE and PSE. I used the Microsoft fix it and did a clean boot with only necessary services and still no go. I do have other adobe products install(Acrobat 8 pro) (CS2) and the usual Adobe reader etc. I turn off the fire wall and antivirus and all running Adobe services. Have gone thru the registry and deleted those files listed. This time I did not receive a log file.
Really do not know what else to do?
