I've easily installed CS6 InDesign and Photoshop from Creative Cloud on my MacBook Pro using OS Lion, but when I try to download and install Illustrator, my system freezes halfway through the installation. I get no error message. The entire system locks up, and I can't even force quit applications. I have to restart the computer. This has happened several times with no variation.
To troubleshoot, I've uninstalled the earlier version (AI CS4), paused Dropbox and Growl and quit out of all other programs. Nothing works. Please advise.
