I have PSE on Windows 7.
I also have an iPad.
Is there any kind of integration between the two platforms?
I make extensive use of keyword tags. I have tagged all my
photos with people, pets, places, events, etc. I don't use albums.
But I can find any picture I want my selecting the right keywords.
I'd really like to have that kind of selection on the iPad.
Maybe, at some point I'd want to edit the images on the iPad.
But that may be a bit down the road. Would depend on syncronization
of the changes, etc.
Thanks for any thoughts or advice!
Photoshop Touch is the app designed for the ipad. http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/photoshop-touch.html It's also possible to sync photos via iTunes.
Well, I got my iPad and tried the iTunes syncing with PhotoShop.
What iTunes does allow is for Syncing of Albums that are in PhotoShop Elements.
But as far as I can tell it does not allow syncing with 'Smart' Albums.
It only shows me my 'static' albums as choices.
If it had the Smart Album support I could see a way that this could help.
I did do some searching for iPad apps for photo organizing.
There were a couple that had reviews from people who's names I recognize
from the PhotoShop Elements world. So I think I will check those out.
Smart Photo Album and Photo Manager Pro.
Thanks for the help. I understand that what I'm wanting to do isn't the
direction that a lot of these photo apps are going on these smart devices.
I installed Smart Photo Album on the iPad. It does a nice job of handling the tags. Very similar to Organizer. It does have a nice feature when the first tag is selected it then shows all of the tags that are in that selection set. With a count of the number of images for each tag. Each additional tag selected refines that list.
