Premier Elements 10 - I cannot get the Share/Online Feature to work

When I try to upload to You Tube there are no presets available and it does nothing?

Here is a screen shot, how do I get this to work?ps.jpg

    Have you tried going to Preferences and updating Web services?

    Yes I read that on here so I tried it and it didn't help. It gives me only facebook presets but none for You Tube. I have also tried a shorter video as well as a new video but nothing changes, I also updated the web services on all of the videos I tried to no avail. I know that I can save the project and upload it direct but you would think that this is such a desirable feature it would work?
