Hyperlinks panel

InDesign CS6 - I have lost the hyperlinks portion of the hyperlinks panel.  All that is left is Cross-references.  How do I get it back?  There appears to be something invisible in the middle of the cross-references section but I can not click on it or move it.

    Most problems that result in odd panel behavior can be fixed by trashing your preferences. See Replace Your Preferences

     

    But before you go that far, go to Window > Workspace > Reset <current workspace name> and see if that solves it.

    You are fantastic.  I just spent 2 hrs on the phone with Adobe with no results.  Your 1st suggestion didn't work, but trashing my preferences did.  Thanks so much.

    I join ktroutman in singing your praises. I had exact same problem. The keyboard startup and preferences trashing fixed it; hyperlinks are back! Thank you.

    Second option worked for me too. Thanks Peter - I tried everything before seeing this!

     

    Is it a bug that needs attention in the next update?

     

    PS Adobe Cloud subscription is fantastic value - particularly with the intro offer!

    No, or at least probably not. I'm not sure we understand all of the things that can damage prefs, but mostly they seem to be external to ID.

    I can't see how this isn't a bug. I've seen this problem in a number of posts. I'm just about to trash my preferences to fix this thing.

    More simple way, just go into the sub-menu in the Hyperlinks panel, and check Small Panel Rows. The Hyperlinks will be back

    I am also having this problem with the disappearing hyperlinks panel.

    I've tried trashing preferences and selecting small panel rows, neither are fixing the problem though.

    Any other ideas would be most appreciated.
