Set text properties in the Property inspector - Background Color

How, in the property inspector, using HTML, can you access the bg (Background Color) button please?

 

I can see it under the CSS options but not under the HTML options.

 

I really dont want to have tocreate a CSS sheet for each and every colour I use.

    You don't have to create a stylesheet for every color.  Just add any new color specifications to the original stylesheet (either one that is embedded in the page or that is linked externally).
