Sending a Crash report

Does sending a 'Crash Report' really do anything???

Flash hasn't worked right since the new update 11.3.300.270 and I have sent 'Crash Reports' almost every time it happens.

where do these reports go?

what do you do with them?

whats in them?

How do they help?

Are you using Firefox? If so, please see the second to last paragraph in the 11.3 update announcement that requests using Firefox 11.5 or greater for crash logs.

I'd also recommend installing the 11.4 Flash Player beta to see if your problem has been addressed. If it still exists, we'd love to hear about it in detail. Can you give us any steps to reproduce?
