For Premiere Elements, you will want to post here: http://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere_elements?view=discussions

For Photoshop Elements, you will want to post here: http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop_elements

I would also state in complete detail, what it is, exactly, that you wish to do.

    Good luck,

    Hunt

Run the ASA download tool to pinpoint problems:

You said that it "failed" to uninstall.  Is the program still listed in Control Panel...Programs and Features?  If so, does it still fail to uninstall?

Follow these steps to manually uninstall PSE:

    http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/manually-remove-photoshop -elements-9.html

Then run the MS Fixit tool:

    http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/Portal

Then, clean out your TEMP directory, reboot and install the program.

Are you installing from a disk? If so, try copying the contents to a folder on the desktop and install from there.

    Larry,

I'm out of ideas, then.  You might have to use Adobe tech support on this one.
