Yea I just went through a four hour export experiment trying different combinations of H.264 with previews, without previews, 1080p 720p high@5.1, High@4.2, adjusted bit rates, etc. My conclusion, don't use previews for final export, max bitrate, high@ 4.2 (since many don't support 5.1-still don't really understand this area though), and use 720p since many systems cannot playback 1080 without choppy playback. I think this is my best option for my 2 minute video...I hope.
