Problem with outer glow

When I try to save my work in jpeg or in any format, I lose all my outer glow. I noticed that the issue happens when i try to flatten the image. Any solution? :S

    Always judge your effects (layer styles) at 100% zoom.  At any other zoom level what you're seeing is just an approximation, and it can be misleading.
