I am unable to use the Flash Player. In my control panel it shows that it is there, however, when I go to play a video (random) video it says I need Adobe Flash Player installed to view the video and states download it it is free, however, when I do this it says that a new version is already installed. Very frustrating! I bought the Adobe Reader. Do I have to buy the Flash Player too?
Flash Player is a free software.
Do you find this issue with a specific site or do you find it in all the sites?
If you are using Internet Explorer 9, please ensure that you disabled ActiveX filtering: http://blogs.adobe.com/sunil/2011/10/09/disabling-activex-filtering/
And, then please go to the following link and let us know what you see: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html
Thanks,
