Can't seem to install and open trial version of Acrobat Pro

Aug 5, 2012 11:50 AM

I have downloaded Acrobat Pro Trial version.  When I try to install, it runs through the entire install process, and then I get a message saying that the program cannot install and refers me to adobe.com/go/acrobat_system_reqs.

I have checked all the system requirements and I cannot find where the computer does not exceed the minimum.

I cannot figure out where the confict is.  I'm fairly certain that I'm going to purchase the full version (although I don't know if standard would serve my purposes as well), but now I'm concerned that if I purchase, I'm going to have more problems.

Well, how should we know whether your machine meets the requirements or not if you are not providing your system info? Sorry, but this is pointless.
