I just installed CS6 Master suite update to CS3 Mastersuite on my Mac.  All of the CS3 aliasses are still in the applications window.  I'm assuming if I disable my CS3 I also disable my CS6. Can I move the CS3 programs to a different folder, if not are there any suggustions to clean up having the icons for the extra 14 or so old versions of the programs I wont be using?

Versions exist independently. Removing CS3 won't do anything to CS6 except for perhaps busting up some file associations on your system. Feel free to deactivate and unsinstall it - using the proper uninstaller.
