Refresh Problem!

OK, so when i move things around i get this proplem:

Does any one know why? CS6 just started happeing like a few days ago or maybe since my last update. Maybe my video card but i doubt it.

Please help its very annoying!

Moved to Illustrator forum. Coudl you also provide some more information about your computer: OS, RAM, free disc space etc. I'm sure that help find the issue.

Hey Buddy Any info on why this is happening, I have tried with the reg. video card and a dif one and still same issues persists. Please help.
