FNGs_Images Calculating status...

Where is download page

Just installed PSE10 and already stumped. My options are the Organizer or Edit. I can find no way to to the basic function of downloading my images into the program. Attaching a flash drive or the camers does not help. I have Kelbys book and page one chapter one screen shots talking about how to set up downloads are not accessable that i can find. LR4 opens right on the page you need. What's up?

Click Organizer. Organizer lets you import and then organize all your media.

Before you can automatically download from a source apparently you have to set up your browser page. You can not do this through the organizer page directly. I found out that you must go to the Edit page, access the organizer page THROUGH the edit page and then go to FILE deop down on the Organizer page and get to the browser through one of the drop down menu options. BUT if you go to the Organizer directly the FILE and drop down menu does not appear!

Not exactly intuitive. I'm glad whoever programed isn't a doctor because he would be fixing your hemorrhoids via your throat.

You first have to open the Organizer and then use File...Get Photos and Videos to import your photos into your Organizer's catalog.
