Rich text editor

Hi

 

 

I'm trying to implement rich text editor.

I tried to use TextArea and RichEditableText.

TextArea doesn't support rich text on mobile, and RichEditableText doesn't show keyboard on iPad(e.g. it's not possible to enter any text).

 

Is there reasonable  way to edit rich text on iPad using adobe AIR at all???

    Still actual.

    Does anybody use rich text editor or html editor on mobile devices? Is it possible to do for iPad?

    I've found lots of the same problems...

     

    RichEditableText doesn't use StageText for display and anything that does supports very limited formatting.

     

    Wasn't sure whether it was possible to cook something up using HTMLText, but still looking into my HTML rendering options.

     

    Anyway, sorry not to be more useful, primarily tagging on to this thread as I'd dearly like to get an answer myself!
