Yeah I did the live chat thing, and he said I didn't need a serial number for the Cloud. He sent me a link and somehow downloading it from the link he sent me worked... I'll try to find that link again he sent to me and give it to you.

I ended up having to uninstall all applications, and then use the adobe clean up tool, and then re-install, this did not help though, as I didn't know you can't open a previous version of an application, as the next time you launch a CS6 application, it gives you the trial has run out message error, and then you have to uninstall and re-install again. Ever since I stopped opening older versions, which I sometimes use for 3rd party plug ins that haven't been upgraded to CS6 yet, the problem has not re-occured.
