upload failure CS6

After update from cs5.5 to cs6 i haven sometime a problem after I upload a html page this page won't show in de website.

Check the file with a ftp app and see al the read en wright settings of that page are gone!

no error

test

After this I upload the same page again with CS5 and everything is fine.

ther is something wrong in CS6

I haven more sites and more ISP servers and al do the same
not al the pages but some do this

help
