Batch in Adobe Illustrator 5

I have a lot of illustrator files which I want to save as in Illustrator. But as they are from different project they are kept in different folders in the server. Does anybody an idea how can I use BATCH command for this? I tried it by creating a saved seach folder and it doesn't work. Please help me in this regard.
