I have a paid subscription to Adobe Muse which can only be launched with the Adobe Application Manager. When I double click on the Muse icon on my desktop the AAP launches and says " Further accuont info is required to use Adobe Muse ". I click "NEXT" and put in my password. I then get a message saying " An unexpected error occured processing your request.Please try again later ".
I have been trying for 2 days to log in. I've disabled my firewall, ran in administer mode and get the same error.
I had no problem launching and useing Muse in Trial. I'm convinced the problem lies with the AAP.
Hi, can you please try - delete opm.db and then retry. location of this file
