What is the best computer to buy for the quickest editing of photographs in photoshop, please?

    It would be helpful for the hardware experts here to know what your budget limits are, if any.  Also, if you are looking to buy a laptop or a desktop computer. Also if you have any platform preferences (e.g. Mac or PC).  Also what version of PS?

    Dell Precision T5600 or T7600 workstation outfitted with dual Xeon E5-2687W processors fully configured with the max hardware options.

     

    Okay, so that costs well over $10,000.  But you did say "best" and "quickest".
