Encore locking up at same point - help!

I have a DVD project with 30 timelines, 9 menus and a number of languages.  It burnt to DVD fine in previous versions, but after my last 'save as' and a significant number of changes, it now locks up at the same point every time I try to build, whether to folder or disc.  All of my video/audio assets are AC3 and M2V files, plus a few jpg files for menu stuff.  I am using Win7 64 and Encore CS5.5.  I have tried this on two different computers with the same set of files and it locks up at exactly the same point on both.  If it is a corrupt file of some sort, is there any way to repair it?

    The only thing I can think of is to go back to the previous version (you said you did a Save As...) and redo the work.
