Editing a form is Contribute CS5

I'm about to design a website for a new client and they need the ability to edit the online forms I'll be creating. I searched around in this forum, and most of the info seems to relate to older versions of Contribute. Does anyone know if the most current version of Contribute allows a user to edit a form without having to look at the html code?
