Audio plays in the wrong area.

I'm making an animation and this one sound is suppose to play in scene 3, but it plays at the end of scene 2, how do I fix this?

    save your fla.

     

    then resave using a different file name (so you preserve your original setup).  delete scene3 and test.  does the sound play?
