Hi,
I cannot get CS6 Design Standard to install. It hangs at 25% (says it is installing Adobe Help)and just keeps adding minutes to the time left. I let it run for 7 hours and it never got past 25% installed, but minutes remaining kept going up until it got to 1105 minutes (that is over 18 hours!) remaining, but it never moves off 25% complete. I have been trying for two days now to get it working. It's getting frustrating. I am on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
Thanks for any help!
Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, try again. For everything else the install logs may provide insights.

Hi Mylenium! I uninstalled everything, ran Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, tried to load under Administrator, etc. Yet for two days I could not get it to load for nothing. Then, I read your post and it prompted me to poke around a little more. I went under Program Files and Program Files (x86), backed up my plug ins and stuff, then deleted the Adobe folders in both Program Files folders. Tried to install again, and it worked! I have no idea if that did it, or if it was just the way I held my head as I hit Install, but I'm not complaining. Just wish I would have tried it yesterday!
Thanks a bunch!
