Cant' download flash 10.3

Uninstalled 11.3 to try to fix the crash problem. Tried to install 10.3 but get a message "This is not the latest version - can't install" and it sends me back to the 11.3 install page.

Hello,

Use Flash Player Uninstaller to remove Adobe Flash Player completely :

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninsta ll_flash_player.exe

Once Flash Player uninstaller, then you use your Flash Player 10.3 installer.
