article and folio size

How do I determine individual article size and overall folio size of my publication as I build it?

    I always just check the folio download size in the Adobe Content Viewer library. If I want to see how big an article is, I update the article and then go back to the viewer library and download the article, which is the size of the article.

    Thank you Bob. I was hoping there was another way; Get Info window, File Info in the Folio Builder, or something in the Dashboard...Thanks!
