Thanks for your reply. I have a MAC OS X Lion 10.7.4, a 2.4 GHz processor and 4gb of memory. I am trying to download the latest Adobe update but am not very checked out on this stuff. The "blocked" thing comes up so I would appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.

Sincerely,

R. Reische

We still don't know what update you are trying to download.

Can you post a screenshot of that "blocked" thing?

You need to update Flash Player. What happens when you try to download and install Flash Player?

Could you please go to the following folder: Library/Internet Plug-ins

Do you see Flash Player.plugin there?

Thanks,

Sunil

I see the "Blocked Plug-in" message and have tried to install latest version of Flash Player.Have Mac OS X 10.7.4 with 2.5 GHz, 4GB.In system Preferences i see Flash icon. Plug-in version 11.2.202.235 is installed. Is there a newer version? I continue to see the pop-up message "current version is out of date..." when I click on" Blocked Plug -in"

see that Flash version 11.4 downloads but "install" button not highlighted, therefore new version not installed.

Is it just me? Frustrating trying to find out what to do after a seemingly unnecessary  but standard Adobe Flash update and I can no longer see movies on Facebook or anywhere.
