Viewing Case Detail

I have a client who receives 300+ cases a day via a web form.

They need to be able to print (or send to pdf) a report that details each case because all cases must be routed to external resources individually based on the customer name.

Before BC the submission of the webform wrote to a database and also created an email from the customer w/ all the detail so we could manage this w/ our email client. Is there anyway to customize the workflow notification so the Subject and From lines are not all the same? (Can I put customer name as the Subject line or From field?)

OR

Is there some way (within BC) to  export details of all Cases submitted during a particular period to a PDF without the cases being presented in a table?

Suggestions? Thanks.

Note: We cannot use any outside resources (database, spreadsheet, etc.) besides email client and/or PDF.

You can create Customer and Cases report, under Reports > Custom Reports, which will contain all the web form data submitted. There is an export option which can export this data into a PDF or Excel Spreadsheet file. Other than that, I don't see another way of achieving your requirement.

Could you post the form via Ajax to both BC and email?

BC supports Ajax form submission for standard web forms. See http://demo.businesscatalyst.com/json-form.
