If the large font setting isn't sufficient, then there's nothing you can do. there is no way to change the UI font size in pretty much all Adobe apps.

That may be an issue with your general system'S DPI setting. If it is already set to a custom value, the fonts won't change. PS only does this with the default 96 and 150 DPI settings in Windows. If you need more details, comp the PS forum. Over the years there have been about a gigazillion discussions on this topic and Adobe's ignoring the matter.

Not all the fonts in the photoshop workspace will enlarge when having the ui font size set to large.

Example in cs4-cs6 the menu titles such as file, edit etc won't enlarge.

Maybe if you posted a screenshot we could see if it's working the way it's supposed to.

    What operating system?

Thats what it looks like on windows xp using the large ui size in the photoshop preferences.

Earlier versions of photoshop, cs3 and before would also enlarge the menu names in relation to the font or dpi size set on windows, but

cs4-cs6 doesn't seem to do that for some reason on windows.

You might experiment with the ui colors in photoshop cs6 and see if that perhaps makes things a bit easier to see.

What you're seeing is all that it will do, SkyeDrewLin.

Many people have expressed upset over the years about the product not catering to folks with difficulty seeing small things, and Adobe hasn't responded so far.

Now the MacBook Pro has the Retina Display, and Adobe has promised to deal with the problem soon.  Whether they turn that work into something that makes the product UI elements more capable of scaling to large sizes for folks who need accessibility, or just make specific fixes for the Retina display remains to be seen.  I would put my money on the latter (but would love to be pleasantly surprised).
