I have designed a document in publisher and when i save it to pdf, the whole document has reversed (it has flipped back to front) - does anyone know how to fix this?

How did you "save" it? Is it a feature of Publisher or one of the two methods for Acrobat. As a test, you might want to print to the Adobe PDF printer.
