Edge animation interactivity allows the animation to move around the page.

Hello.

 

When I place an Edge file using the Overlay Creator > Web Content method and allow interactivity the animation can be moved around the page by the user.

 

Is there any way to lock the animation in place whilst still allowing the user to interact with buttons within the Edge animation?

    I just solved this by turning the visibility of overflow to hidden within the edge animation.

    Are you placing the OAM file or linking to the HTML?

    You need to make sure that the frame is sized appropriately.

    Thanks Bob.

     

    Yep, i made the Indesign frame and the animation stage exactly the same size - however the width of the Edge file was including elements not on the stage.

     

    By switching overflow to hidden within Edge i stopped the problem.
