That info should come up automatically once you input the serial number and it doesnt find any Internet connection.

It's a trial so i have no serial number...

No, i'm trying to activate so i can use it...

when i start it up it says: Please sign in with your Adobe ID to use your trial of Creative Suite 6 Design Standard.

But i don't have internet access on the computer i'm trying to install it on. so it takes me to a page that says: Please connect to the internet and retry. If this computer cannot access the internet, get more details at http://www.adobe.com/go/getactivated using an internet enabled device.

So then i go over to my other computer that has internet and i type in the above address. it has me login and asks for my request code and serial number which i don't know where to get from...

After clicking, "Having trouble connecting to the Internet," you will want to click on the Offline Activation button. This will be followed by clicking on the button labeled Generate Request Code.

If your computer is connected to the Internet then you may want to adjust your software firewall to allow PDApp.exe to connect to the Internet.
