Can you see the Flash animation at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html ?
If so, what version do you have installed.

Also tell us your operating system and browser.

Thank you. It worked!

I was using Windows 7
The version that was installed was 11.3....270!
I needed 11.3....268
