The San Diego Premiere Pro User Group's March meeting is on the 15th at 6:30pm. For this meeting, Adobe's Principal Worldwide Evangelist, Jason Levine will discuss the fundamentals of prepping and finalizing audio for your video projects. From proper use of compression and limiting on dialog tracks, to analyzing and matching audio levels for broadcast or the web, to basic techniques for properly equalizing audio and mixing with native and 3rd party effects. He'll also cover common audio mastering techniques to give your final audio mix that much needed 'punch', as well as discuss the differences between normalization/ compression/hard limiting and where it's most appropriate to use any/or of these common processes.

I know some of you here are close to, or live in, San Diego...I'd like to see you there!
Yes - I'll post the meeting info here as well. It's been VERY frustrating lately with all the Adobe site issues. What I've told group memebers is to keep up with the group via Facebook, Twitter, or Google+. I've posted updates to all of those places.
