How do I change the name of a duplicate editable region?

The page is attached to a template. Page update attempt tells me there is an error due to a duplicate editable region, which I found.

Following the Adobe Help reference, it says to click on the tab in the upper left corner of the editable region and then change the name in the Properties panel, but there is no "name" area in the Properties panel. Using DW CS5.5

Change the name in the code. It should be pretty obvious where you would need to do that.

Tried that. DW won't let me do it in the page. Area is grayed.

You need to do it in the master template (the .dwt file in the Templates folder).
