I have an individual license for Acrobat 9 Standard and need to re-download it, but it does not show up in my order history and it isn't available on the list of Downloads on the website. How can I repdownload this product?
Hey Bob,
I'm working on getting this sorted out for you. Your Acrobat 9 download is associated with your email address, but indirectly. It's still tied to a legacy Adobe ID account before we standardized around email addresses as unique identifiers for our users.
We've completed the merging of these accounts, but it could be up to 24 hours before the merge has taken effect throughout all our various systems.
I apologize for the delay, but I would imagine if you log into the Adobe site tomorrow afternoon, you'll find your download available.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
-David
In the future be sure to make a backup of the software you purchase and download. That is true of software from any vendor. Writing it to a CD or a backup system (or both) is always a good idea. It is even surprising the number of folks that purchase a CD and then can't find it when something goes wrong. Always consider archiving such software. In the meantime, I hope David is able to help you.
