I'm working with DW cs4: can I open DW cs3 files? And save them as DW cs3?

I have to do some corrections for a client: adding SEO in his DW CS3 documents (I'm working with windows CS4).

How will that go? and can I save it to CS3 so that he can open it too in CS3?

    Yes, DW is just an html editor. Any version will open an html file regardless of what version it is.
