I'm making an interactive CD that require Adobe Reader to be installed in order to view all the pdf file, for safety precautionary measures I also want to add an offline adobe reader downloader in the CD.

The lastest version of adobe reader doesn't let me download the offline copies, what should i do to let people download offline version.....?

You can download the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

P.S. not sure if you need a distribution agreement with Adobe; check http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/distribution.html

I'm pretty sure Pat's right, it's only allowed to include it on a CD if you get the license agreement. Check the terms carefully. They change over the years, but they have required things like stopping distributing CDs with old versions of Reader once a new one is available.
