Aug 8, 2012 5:22 AM

Hi, since I upgraded to Mountain Lion i can't save any photoshop CS5 or CS5.5 to a mounted volume on my mac. But I can with CS4 and CS6. Do somebody has the same problem as me?

MacOS 10.8 has some new bugs with saving to file servers, especially SMB mounted servers.

We're documenting the problem and working with Apple on it.

I have installed all updates to Mountain Lion as they became available, but the problem with saving from PS 5.X is still there. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but always requires a reboot. Is anything happening to correct this?

As a policy, Adobe ceases updating older releases once a newer version is released.

That says there will probably be no patch forthcoming to make the operation of Photoshop CS5.x any different.

Oh, that's just lovely. Great customer service. At prices like Adobe's, I'd expect a little more.

    Thanks for letting me know.
