Missing parts of Cloud

Hi;

I installed Cloud through Application Manager, but I am missing there a lot of stuff that Cloud should bring me.

See f.e. here (in Dutch but comprehensible)

http://http://www.adobe.com/nl/products/creativecloud/tools.html

I am missing Premiere, After Effects, Speedgrade, Encore, Business Catalyst, Story Plus.

I asked Customer service, no answer.

Thanks for any comment.

    Which operating system?

     

    You need a 64 bit OS to run Premiere Pro and After Effects.

    I have Windows 7, but the point is I am missing all that stuff. Cant even download it.

    It won't be available for download if you're running Windows 7 32 bit.

     

    Check your operating system specs.

     

    You need Windows 7 64 bit.

    Maybe try to download the programs via https://creative.adobe.com You just use your Adobe ID and password. But as John mentions you have to run a 64bit version of your OS to use for example AFX CS6. Story Plus is a service and it isn't listed in the application manager. But you can download a desktop app via https://story.adobe.com as before you have to log in with your Adobe ID and there you find the option to download. But make sure you have the latest Adobe Air version otherwise it won't start downloading.
