How do i go backwards through text feilds when deleting

I got it to work moving forward, now i need to make it work going backwards.

if ( event.fieldFull || event.willCommit )

this.getField("D2").setFocus();

thats what im using to move forward when feilds are full what do i add to it to go backwards when people are deleting ?
