How do I restore the tool bar positions in photoshop cs6?

    Sounds like you want to invoke the default workspace.

     

    Either select a workspace from the little field at the upper-right of the Photoshop main window, or choose Window - Workspace - Reset xxxxx where xxxxx is the name of your current workspace.
