Attempting to encode the following video via AME CS6 and am currently running into the following problems:

-- When encoding at 30fps (H.264/mp4) -- the duration of the file is correct, but the audio/video runs super fast and sticks on the last frame of the video for the remaining time left.

-- When encoding at 15fps (3gp)-- the duration of the file and the audio/video are correct, but is very low quality.

-- When encoding at anything in between (H.264/mp4), the video stutters all the way through.

Very confused as to what is going on. I am simply looking to encode/compress the video in a high quality mp4 file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Next question.

Does the original play without error?

    OK, try this.

Create a new Uncompressed AVI file from the original.  Does that new Uncompressed play OK?

Use the Microsoft AVI option and set the codec to None.  (Don't use "Uncompressed AVI", as that is for use when you have AJA hardware installed.)

It seems you don't have PPro or AE installed so AME isn't licenced to encode to AVI.

    Can you share your source?

Just pick any Preset and then open it to customize it.  There you can switch to Microsoft AVI

Then Dima's suggestion is most likely correct.  You will need to install PP or After Effects for this one.
