Widgit thumbnails not showing

I created my original site in the Muse Beta, but now that I have taken on a subscription, I cannot get the thumbnails in Thumbnails Slideshow to work live when I have added two new ones (see www.isographica.co.uk and click on Work). I know the images have been uploaded because the main image in the slideshow is working, it's just that there are 2 blank spaces where the thumbnails should be.

 

I have tried re-importing the images in the Slideshow but to no avail. Also, although the slideshow works in Preview mode (but not when uploaded), the Preview thumbnail seems to be about a pixel smaller all the way round compared with the original thumbnails. Can't work this out!

    Hi,

     

    I see that the server is missing some files.

    Try to export the web site from the File -> Export as HTML option at a different location other than where you have been exporting so far and then use an updated ftp client like filezilla to upload the web site and let me know if that works.

    Thanks Abhishek - I have sorted out an FTP problem with my provider and this seems to be the main issue. Files are now uploaded. Still not sure why my 2 little thumbnails are smaller than the others though! Might re-import all images again to the slideshow. Regards.
