Downloading CS to new apple

I am unable to install Photoshop CS on my new Apple computer 10.7.3.

 

The note on the old icon says Power PC applications are no longer supported.

 

DO I need to buy Photoshop or is there something I can get for my new computer?

    Yes, you need to buy a new license. You're long past any upgrades for your old CS. The most affordabel option would probably be Creative Cloud subscription....
