Installing CS5 on iMac, already using on Mac Book Pro, originally installed on Mac Book.

I originally installed the software on Mac Book but removed it when I passed along that computer to my partner. I installed on MB Pro with no problem. Now cannot install on new iMac. Cannot deactivate on Mac Book because there is no Adobe software on the computer. How can I activate on the iMac?
