Several months ago we installed CS5.5 Standard on a WIN XP Pro system.

Last week we had a computer problem and Acrobat would not open.

So we uninstalled acrobat - using control panel

Then we tried to reinstall acrobat and we keep getting  - There were problems with your installation. 


Under troubleshooting we get the following errors:

 

Exit code 6

Warning     DW024

                    DW025

                    DW025

                    DW065

                    DW050

Error  1714

Error  1714

 

Can you tell us how we can do a clean uninstall and a reinstall of Acrobat.
