I was wondering if there was any way to set up a workflow that notifies me, allows me to send a notification email to the customer telling them that they ordered, allows me to automatically set up an order sheet and then notify my customer with a tracking number, a workflow that is kind of like when you sell something, for example on EBAY. "workflow that notifies me"<<< Yes. That's the order workflow email that goes out whenever the the order is triggered.
"allows me to send a notification email to the customer telling them that they ordered" <<<< This is an invoice that goes out when the order is created.
"allows me to automatically set up an order sheet" <<<< not sure what order sheet is...
"then notify my customer with a tracking number"<<<< You can trigger this email on status change.
Thanks for your reply. I was just copying and pasting from the client, so let me break down the question more specifically:
When a customer submits an order, and selects a shipping service like UPS, is it possible to automatically trigger an shipping order with that shipping service? Then BC would automatically include the tracking number when the BC order's status is changed to "shipped"?
