Automatically place order with UPS

I was wondering if there was any way to set up a workflow that notifies me, allows me to send a notification email to the customer telling them that they ordered, allows me to automatically set up an order sheet and then notify my customer with a tracking number, a workflow that is kind of like when you sell something, for example on EBAY. Thanks.

    Hi there,

I'll try to address it in BC terms:

"workflow that notifies me"<<< Yes. That's the order workflow email that goes out whenever the the order is triggered.

"allows me to send a notification email to the customer telling them that they ordered" <<<< This is an invoice that goes out when the order is created.

"allows me to automatically set up an order sheet" <<<< not sure what order sheet is...

"then notify my customer with a tracking number"<<<< You can trigger this email on status change.

    Cheers,

No, our integration with UPS doesn't go that far. We simply call up the service and get the relevant services and costs.

    Cheers,
