Can anyone tell me why several orders would be missing from my e commerce reports?
I have workflow notices for these orders & the customers exist on the database but the orders are missing from their customer order details (under their customer ID) as well as in the e commerce report.
I have been emailing support about this for over 6 months with no help.....
This is what I need to investigate the problem for you:
- Site URL
- Customer's CRM ID
- Order ID that gets sent to payment gateway and is recorded there.
If you supply me with those details I'll gladly take a look at this.
Hi Mario, here is an updated spreadsheet with more missing data.
If I view the order through the secure link on the workflow I can see all order details however if I was to search for the order under the customer name I cannot find the orders. They are missing from all e commerce reports as well.
I don’t want that spreadsheet on our website. I am attaching it to this email, all future replies I will send via the business catalyst website. Are you ok to look over this spreadsheet?
